Because we don't agree with the traditional way of charging for plumbing and heating work, believing it to be unfair on the customer, we have taken a long hard look at the area of hourly rates.

We have decided to implement, what we are sure you will agree, is a much fairer system of charging for both you and us.

Here it is :

For certain work, such as servicing, we have a fixed price and we won't charge you more no matter how long the job takes. You can find these prices on the services web page on this site.

For all other work we make a fixed call out charge of £60.00 + VAT and this includes the first hours labour charge. If your particular job takes more than 1 hour then we will charge the extra time on a per minute basis, just like your phone bill.

All time spent on your job after the first hour will be charged at the rate of £1.00 per minute + VAT.

The clock starts ticking when our engineer crosses your threshold and stops when he has completed the work. And don't forget the first hours labour is included in the £60.00 call out charge.

We think you'll agree this is a much fairer charging system than the traditional one of charging a fixed rate per hour or part thereof.
