Our standard hours of work are Monday - Saturday, 08:00 - 18:00 hours.

For all work outside of these hours we make a fixed call out charge of £90.00 + VAT and this includes the first hours labour charge. If your particular job takes more than 1 hour then we will charge the extra time on a per minute basis, just like your phone bill.

All time spent on your job after the first hour will be charged at the rate of £1.50 per minute + VAT.

The clock starts ticking when our engineer crosses your threshold and stops when he has completed the work. And don't forget the first hours labour is included in the £90.00 emergency call out charge.
